Accessibility Statement

This accessibility statement applies to the website www.navilock.com.

Tragant Handels- und Beteiligungs GmbH is committed to making its websites and mobile applications accessible in accordance with national and European regulations on digital accessibility.

Compliance with Accessibility Guidelines

This website has been reviewed against the following standards:
  • WCAG 2.1 – Level AA (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines)
  • BFSG (German Accessibility Strengthening Act)
  • EU Directive 2016/2102 on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications
Our website is partially compliant with these standards.

Non-accessible Content

We strive to make our website accessible in accordance with the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) and applicable technical standards.
Despite our best efforts, some areas of the website are not yet fully accessible. These include:
  • In some areas of the website, information is presented as text within images. This is necessary for design reasons, for example to display quantities, lengths, or other product features. Wherever possible, we strive to provide important information additionally in text format.
  • Product images currently do not include descriptive alternative text, as individually describing each product image is not feasible due to the large number of items and languages.
  • Some PDFs are not fully prepared to meet accessibility requirements.
  • Embedded videos currently do not offer transcripts or audio descriptions.
  • Words or short text passages in foreign languages (e.g., technical terms or brand names) are not systematically marked with the appropriate language attribute. Due to technical limitations, consistent tagging is currently not possible. However, we aim to maintain clear readability wherever possible.
  • Some page content is intentionally accessible only via certain navigation areas (e.g., the footer). This is part of the intended navigation concept. Key information remains clearly accessible to users.
  • Information displayed via mouse events is not currently accessible when using keyboard navigation alone.
  • Some forms and pages lack descriptive headings or precise labels (e.g., “Name” instead of “First Name”/“Last Name”).
